Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales professional to lead new business development in the Dallas area. This role focuses on acquiring new clients in the electronics and manufacturing sectors and expanding our U.S. operations.
Responsibilities
Develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and events
Identify and acquire new B2B clients
Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations
Build and manage a sales pipeline
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
Requirements
2+ years of Outside Sales / Business Development experience
Strong new business development skills (hunter mindset)
Japanese language ability required (flexible levels accepted)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Compensation
$65,000 – $80,000
Manager-level: up to $90,000 – $100,000
