We are hiring a Japanese-English Bilingual HR & Administrative Coordinator to support on-site operations in the U.S. This role focuses on HR operations, administrative support, and coordination with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations (onboarding/offboarding, employee data, documentation)
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries
  • Maintain HR records, including Japanese-language documents and contracts
  • Coordinate communication between global and local teams
  • Arrange travel and provide support for visiting executives
  • Assist with translation (Japanese ⇄ English) and general administrative tasks
  • Support office operations, vendors, events, and internal meetings

Qualifications:

  • Business-level Japanese and strong English communication skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, administration, or executive support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded
  • Comfortable working fully on-site in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ~$80,000/year (flexible based on experience)
