Location: Elk Grove, IL

Salary: $65K~80K (Depending on experience)

Work Type: Full-time, Exempt (FLSA), Onsite (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Travel: Up to 10% (domestic and occasional international)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team and support credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and customer account management across North America. This role plays a key part in evaluating customer creditworthiness and supporting business growth through sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and related data to assess customer credit risk
  • Perform detailed analysis on cash flow, liquidity, leverage, and repayment capacity
  • Prepare credit reviews, reports, and recommendations for management approval
  • Support accounts receivable and collections processes within a B2B environment
  • Conduct research on customers, guarantors, and market conditions
  • Assist in developing and improving credit scoring models and internal processes
  • Utilize systems such as ERP/CRM (e.g., Dynamics AX, Salesforce) and Moody’s for financial analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 4–8 years of experience in credit analysis, financial analysis, or accounting
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working with financial ratios, credit underwriting, and risk assessment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Dynamics AX, Salesforce preferred)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
