Audit Opportunities (Associate to Manager Level) – Bilingual (Japanese/English)

We are currently seeking Audit professionals (Junior to Senior/Manager level) to join a fast-growing CPA firm based in Southern California. 🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Perform and/or lead financial statement audits under US GAAP and PCAOB standards

• Plan audit engagements, conduct risk assessments, and oversee execution

• Evaluate internal controls, including SOX compliance

• Prepare and review audit documentation and workpapers

• Communicate with clients, including Japanese-speaking stakeholders

• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple engagements (Senior/Manager level)

• Support process improvement and advisory projects

✅ Requirements

• Audit experience (public accounting preferred; all levels welcome)

• CPA license or in progress

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and auditing standards

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English

• Strong motivation for career growth

• Experience with PCAOB or public company audits

• Engagement management experience (for Senior/Manager candidates)
