Assignment Details (Preliminary):
Position: Temporary Admin (HR/GA) and Payroll / CPR Support Staff
Primary Responsibilities:
Certified Payroll Reporting (CPR) preparation and submission
Payroll data entry, timecard review, and reconciliation support
HR / General Affairs administrative support (employee records, onboarding/offboarding coordination, document management, etc.)
General administrative assistance to support daily office operations
Duration: at least 3 months (with potential extension or potential direct-hire opportunity depending on operational needs)
Required Skills / Experience:
Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing, certified payroll reporting (CPR), or HR / administrative support.
Experience in the construction industry and familiarity with compliance reporting requirements would be highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet compliance deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
Japanese language skills are not required, but would be considered a plus.
At this stage, our objective is to stabilize operations and establish a backup resource to ensure uninterrupted payroll and administrative functions while we assess our longer-term staffing needs.
