We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
Support inventory management, supply ordering, and vendor coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and efficiency
Process invoices, expense reports, and related documentation
Conduct research and prepare reports to support business initiatives
Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Coordinate meetings, events, and presentations as needed
Qualifications
Japanese language skills
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in administrative or operations support is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
