Job Title: Account Manager – Semiconductor

Working Location: Novi, MI or Schaumberg, IL

Working Model: Hybrid

Salary: $100K–$133K + bonus

This role combines account management, product sales, and demand creation within the semiconductor industry.

You’ll drive revenue growth, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own revenue, profit targets, and forecasting for assigned accounts
  • Manage customer relationships, pricing, contracts, and day-to-day business decisions
  • Drive demand creation by promoting products aligned with customer needs
  • Identify and develop new opportunities tied to customer programs
  • Coordinate with internal teams (FAE, Inside Sales, Finance, Quality) to resolve issues and support growth
  • Proactively address quality, cost, delivery, and supply challenges

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years in semiconductor industry (automotive experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of distributor-based sales models
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to evaluate trade-offs across revenue, risk, and long-term growth
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration
