Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Japanese English bilingual Accounting, Administrative & logistic Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, assist with accounting tasks, and help ensure efficient workflow across departments.

 

Responsibilities:

Answer and arrange emails, phones, also procedure shipment to customer

Prepare and organize documents,

Assist with bookkeeping and data entry tasks

Manage inventory transactions in Sage accounting software

Coordinate domestic and international shipping with freight forwarders

Perform other administrative duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

Japanese and English bilingual skills strongly preferred

Associate’s degree or higher preferred

Previous administrative or office experience a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

 

Work Schedule:

Part-time, Monday–Friday

Workdays and hours are flexible and can be discussed during the interview

 

Location:

Fremont, California – On-site

Interview Process:

The initial interview will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, followed by an in-person interview at our office.
