{"id":23400,"date":"2025-12-16T18:24:47","date_gmt":"2025-12-16T18:24:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pasona.aukrim.net\/job\/japanese-bilingual-asset-manager-real-estate\/"},"modified":"2026-01-28T21:28:28","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T21:28:28","slug":"japanese-bilingual-asset-manager-real-estate","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/d3q8xutu1rneyj.cloudfront.net\/en\/job\/japanese-bilingual-asset-manager-real-estate\/","title":{"rendered":"Asset Manager &#8211; Japanese Bilingual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p>A Japanese major real estate management company seeks a seasoned Japanese Bilingual Asset Manager at their Boston office.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Title: Asset Manager\/Project Manager<\/p>\n<p>Report to: President or Boston Office Manager<\/p>\n<p>Salary Range: $100K &#8211; Up to $200K (DOE)<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\uff1cResponsibilities\uff1e<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Review and acquire n<\/strong><strong>ew deal<\/strong><strong> (30%)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather deal information from partners and brokers, income\/expense analysis, due diligence, documentation, and financing policy review<\/li>\n<li>Develop new partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2) Manage e<\/strong><strong>xisting deal<\/strong><span> <\/span> <strong>(40%)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage Income\/expense , PJT schedule, leasing projects, local partners, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute of sale *Currently, 15 properties are under management in 5 cities: NY, Boston, Washington DC, Dallas, and Florida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3) Consideration of new asset types (10%)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consider new asset types such as logistics, detached rental housing, residential land development, and residential condominiums<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4) Support for head office business plan development (10%)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in formulating business policies and plans twice a year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5) Gather information on urban development projects, smart homes and other real estate technologies, and promote ESG, including carbon neutrality promotion (5%)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather information from partners and brokers, promote business in collaboration with head office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6) Administrative operations and miscellaneous (5%)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the President in accounting, tax and general affairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&lt;Qualification&gt;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bilingual in Japanese and English <strong>*Japanese must be at an expert-level<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>VISA support and OPT support are also considered (with relevant prior experience)<\/li>\n<li>Need flexibility on work hours and travel.
