<\/p>\n

We are seeking a commercially driven sales professional with experience in the petrochemical \/ polymer resin industry to support business growth across North and South America.<\/span><\/p>\n

This role focuses on developing new business, managing customer accounts, and executing sales strategy for polymer-based materials used in packaging and industrial applications. The position works closely with internal technical, operations, and supply teams to deliver value-driven solutions to customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate combines commercial leadership with the ability to engage in technical discussions with customers across the petrochemical industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Develop new business by identifying customers, applications, and market opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with converters, compounders, and distribution partners<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, providing ongoing support<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Recommend pricing strategies and support contract development<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide sales analysis, forecasts, and input for business planning (MTP, budget, monthly forecast)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (technical, operations, supply chain)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Must-Have Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Direct sales experience in the <\/span>petrochemical resin industry<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience selling polymers\/resins into converters (directly or through distribution)<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to travel as needed across the Americas<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent experience)<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 5+ years of experience in plastics, polymers, or related industries<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with extrusion-based applications is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \u00a0Strongly Preferred:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Exposure to packaging, film, or coextrusion applications<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with materials such as polyolefins (PE\/PP), nylon (PA), EVOH, or functional resins<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience with extrusion processes (film, pipe, coating, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
