Accounting Supervisor (Accounting & Administration) \u2013 Japanese Bilingual<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Location:<\/strong> Dallas TX 75261 Onsite<\/span><\/p>\n

Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n

Salary:<\/strong> $55,000 \u2013 $65,000 annually<\/p>\n

Job Summary<\/h3>\n

This role is responsible for accounting operations (approximately 50% of the role)<\/strong> and also supports administrative and HR functions for a branch office.<\/p>\n

Japanese\u2013English bilingual ability is required<\/strong> to support communication with headquarters and internal stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Manage monthly close and prepare financial reports<\/li>\n
  • Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and account reconciliations<\/li>\n
  • Review and finalize payroll and timesheets<\/li>\n
  • Manage fixed assets and report to head office<\/li>\n
  • Support vendor contracts and administrative operations<\/li>\n
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee support<\/li>\n
  • Support regulatory and policy compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n

    Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Japanese\u2013English bilingual (MUST)<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • 3\u20135 years of accounting experience<\/strong> (AP\/AR, reconciliations, monthly close)<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, business, or equivalent experience<\/li>\n
    • Strong Excel and MS Office skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Experience supporting HR or administrative functions<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of compliance regulations (DOT, OSHA, etc.)<\/li>\n
      • SAP or other ERP system experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Work Environment<\/h3>\n

        Office-based, primarily sedentary work.<\/p>\n
