This role involves handling daily air export operations, data entry, shipment tracking, and communication with customers and internal teams.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">High-volume data entry<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Track and trace customer shipments<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Communicate with customers and internal teams primarily via email<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Support daily export operations and meet required deadlines<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Create airway bills and organize shipment documentation<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Process shipments in the internal system for export preparation<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Coordinate with gateway teams and supervisors as needed<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Strong written communication skills<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and PDF handling<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif\">Reliable with consistent attendance<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12px;font-family: sans-serif\">This position requires on-site work. A background check may be required.
