You\u2019ll work closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and offer tailored solutions that leverage our advanced ceramic technologies. This position requires both technical knowledge and a strong sales background to achieve sales growth.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop new customers in the U.S. market, with a focus on industries requiring high-reliability ceramic components.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct presentations, highlighting the advantages of our ceramic components in meeting industry-specific demands.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering teams in Japan to provide customized solutions based on customer specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and detailed sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity in product specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently working to meet or exceed sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing insights to the management team.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular reports on sales performance and customer activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our products are used in various fields requiring high reliabilities such as automotive, medical, aerospace and infrastructure projects by using our technology that we have cultivated for many years.
