You will lead the entire sales process \u2014 from prospecting and pitching to implementation and ongoing support \u2014 ensuring successful delivery and satisfaction among educators.<\/p>\n<p>As part of a global company with a leading presence in Japan, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain international business experience and a global perspective, while contributing to the continued growth of an education platform trusted by schools nationwide. (This position is not required Japanese language skill)<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market research to identify potential schools, after-school programs, and educational institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate contact and schedule appointments with school principals, education coordinators, and decision-makers.<\/li>\n<li>Present and demonstrate the company\u2019s assessment system and related educational tools to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and oversee trial or demo classes to showcase the system\u2019s effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyze feedback from school representatives, students, and parents after trial sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and support a team of some staff, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality performance.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports and updates for the management department.<\/li>\n<li>Handle general office administrative tasks and assist with internal coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in ad-hoc projects and special assignments as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with educational stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience\/Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>MUST<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have minimum bachelor\u2019s degree in business, Education or relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to travel within greater Los Angeles area.<\/li>\n<li>Have Valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Have legal employment status in the US<\/li>\n<li>Have a passion for Education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>STRONGLY PREFERRED<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2\u20133 years of experience in education-related sales, partnerships, or business development<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in selling or implementing educational products, curricula, or technology solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with school districts, charter schools, or educational boards.<\/li>\n<li>Background in after-school programs, EdTech, tutoring, or education-focused NPOs is highly valued.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of CSTA (California K\u201312 Computer Science Standards) or STEM education frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the education system and school culture in Southern California (San Diego County and Los Angeles County)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Examples of Relevant Organizations:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tAfter-school program providers (e.g., PRIME TIME, YMCA, Boys &amp; Girls Club)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tEducational franchises (e.g., Kumon, Sylvan Learning, Code Ninjas, iCode, Mathnasium)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tEdTech companies and solution providers<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tLocal school district offices, charter school networks, PTA\/NPO educational groups<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales &amp; Relationship Building: Strong ability to identify prospects, engage school decision-makers, and close deals through consultative sales approaches.<\/li>\n<li>Communication: Builds trust and rapport with educators, administrators, and parents; Logical Thinking: Understands client needs, analyzes challenges, and proposes tailored program solutions effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Team Collaboration: Works seamlessly with headquarters and local teams to ensure smooth coordination and successful implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English: Able to communicate confidently and professionally with all stakeholders in the education community.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability: Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup environment;
