In this role, you will collaborate with startups, VC firms, and entrepreneurs\u2014primarily across the West Coast\u2014to identify and evaluate new venture opportunities aligned with our strategic business goals.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source and evaluate investment opportunities that align with corporate innovation priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct due diligence on potential deals, including financial, market, and technical assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Present weekly investment proposals and insights to internal leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, startups, accelerators, and corporate partners.<\/li>\n<li>Support strategic collaborations between the company and external startups in the mobility, energy, and climate tech domains.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3\u20135 years of experience in Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) or Venture Capital (VC).<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical background (Must have degree in Engineering or Science).<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in sourcing and executing early-stage investments (Seed, Series A, Series B).<\/li>\n<li>Existing VC\/startup network in the Bay Area.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise or strong interest in one or more of the following domains: Connected\/Autonomous\/Shared\/Electric (CASE) mobility, energy, or climate technology.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for innovation and emerging technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Flexible Work Options:<\/strong> Hybrid (Mountain View, CA)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contract Period (6 months): Up to $100K\/year<\/li>\n<li>Permanent Role (Post-Conversion): $150K\u2013$180K\/year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This description provides an overview of the position and may not include all responsibilities and qualifications required.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-23638","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
