This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape HR strategies and strengthen Employee and Labor Relations across multiple manufacturing sites.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">General Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Under general supervision, manages a range of human resource duties to support the manufacturing plant associates and management team.\u00a0Lead Employee Relations &amp; Labor Relations and other related HR initiatives for multiple sites. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Develop HR practices, processes and strategies which align with the overall business strategy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Develop and implement recruitment processes (hourly and salary)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Overseeing the plant recruitment processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Accessing the need for training and the designing and implementing training programs according.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Developing and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its unionized employees<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Handling contract negotiations, grievances and arbitration (level 4 and arbitration)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Overseeing employee relations, including policies, performance management, discipline and terminations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Ensuring that company procedures comply with employment regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Managing company\u2019s appraisal system and providing feedback to plant managers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Coaching and counseling management on policies and procedures<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Develop and lead programs and procedures which promotes a positive employee relations environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">5\u201310 years of progressive HR experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Proven experience managing union contracts, negotiations, and labor relations.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Strong knowledge of HR metrics, systems, and databases.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Skills &amp;
