The role involves client visits, product education, order management, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u25a0<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\"> Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Visit existing and prospective clients to provide product information and sales support<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ensure timely payment collection in coordination with the accounting team<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term rapport<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Coordinate urgent deliveries as needed to meet customer demands<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Educate customers on product features and benefits<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Enter and update orders in the company database accurately<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Drive and maintain company vehicle in accordance with company policies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Participate in weekly sales meetings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Join semiannual inventory counts (may include weekend work)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Attend company events outside regular working hours as required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Perform additional duties assigned by management<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u25a0<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\"> Physical Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to drive for most of the workday<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to use the phone for extended periods<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Work environment includes normal to loud office noise levels<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u25a0<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\"> Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Language Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Business-level English<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Business-level Korean (native-level preferred)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Japanese language ability is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Education &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">High school diploma required; bachelor<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">s degree preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">2+ years of sales or food industry experience preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Valid driver<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">s license and clean driving record<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Must complete Sake Adviser certification within 1 year of employment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong organizational ability and attention to detail<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Effective communication and interpersonal skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Basic math skills (markups, discounts, inventory counts, weight conversions, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">ERP knowledge, especially AS400, highly preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Knowledge of Asian or Japanese foods &amp;
