SUMMARY:<\/p>\n
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, providing<\/p>\n
overall sales support for a specific region of the company's Regional Sales Division, as well as<\/p>\n
general support for all other company's divisions.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Responsible for managing major accounts for Wafer Prober, Dicer, PG and Grinder Machines.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Report to and perform all sales related tasks as directed by the President<\/p>\n
\u2022 Identifying and qualifying worldwide sales opportunities within accounts<\/p>\n
\u2022 Developing comprehensive sales strategies to win business<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate customer visits with technical center and factory personnel<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate customer demos and benchmark activity<\/p>\n
\u2022 Communicate with existing and potential customers regarding current and future sales<\/p>\n
\u2022 Follow up on system deliveries, customer issues and new enhancement requests<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate with Customer Support personnel to ensure proper customer service<\/p>\n
\u2022 Participate in tradeshow activities<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain a Customer Database<\/p>\n
\u2022 Report Sales activities and forecasts<\/p>\n
\u2022 Determine and quote system configurations to customers<\/p>\n
\u2022 Communicate with Accretech Japan regarding all sales activities and coordinate this information with<\/p>\n
appropriate engineering personnel in the U.S. and Japan<\/p>\n
\u2022 Travel as required<\/p>\n
\u2022 All other duties as required<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
This position requires complicated technological knowledge and requires tasks<\/p>\n

EDUCATION and\/or EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
Two or more years of extensive sales and account management<\/p>\n
experience required; capital equipment sales experience preferred; outside sales experience preferred; BS<\/p>\n
in Business, MBA and\/or technical degree or any combination of the above education and one year<\/p>\n
experience as outlined. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other computer software<\/p>\n
strongly preferred.<\/p>\n

LANGUAGE SKILLS: English language ability. Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/p>\n
required.<\/p>\n

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:<\/p>\n
Good mathematical ability required.<\/p>\n

REASONING ABILITY:<\/p>\n
Excellent analytical ability and strong capability to make sound judgments.<\/p>\n
