{"id":23695,"date":"2026-01-08T21:57:57","date_gmt":"2026-01-08T21:57:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/account-manager-5\/"},"modified":"2026-01-08T21:57:57","modified_gmt":"2026-01-08T21:57:57","slug":"account-manager-5","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/d3q8xutu1rneyj.cloudfront.net\/en\/job\/account-manager-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Account Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: Account Manager<\/p>\n<p>Department: Regional Sales<\/p>\n<p>Reports To: Director of Sales<\/p>\n<p>FLSA Status: Exempt<\/p>\n<p>Location: Fremont, CA<\/p>\n<p>Salary: $110k<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>SUMMARY:<\/p>\n<p>The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, providing<\/p>\n<p>overall sales support for a specific region of the company&#039;s Regional Sales Division, as well as<\/p>\n<p>general support for all other company&#039;s divisions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Responsible for managing major accounts for Wafer Prober, Dicer, PG and Grinder Machines.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Report to and perform all sales related tasks as directed by the President<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Identifying and qualifying worldwide sales opportunities within accounts<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Developing comprehensive sales strategies to win business<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinate customer visits with technical center and factory personnel<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinate customer demos and benchmark activity<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Communicate with existing and potential customers regarding current and future sales<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Follow up on system deliveries, customer issues and new enhancement requests<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinate with Customer Support personnel to ensure proper customer service<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Participate in tradeshow activities<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintain a Customer Database<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Report Sales activities and forecasts<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Determine and quote system configurations to customers<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Communicate with Accretech Japan regarding all sales activities and coordinate this information with<\/p>\n<p>appropriate engineering personnel in the U.S. and Japan<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Travel as required<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 All other duties as required<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N\/A<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n<p>This position requires complicated technological knowledge and requires tasks<\/p>\n<p>involving significant use of discretion and independent judgment. To perform this job successfully, an<\/p>\n<p>individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are<\/p>\n<p>representative of the knowledge, skill, and\/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made<\/p>\n<p>to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>EDUCATION and\/or EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n<p>Two or more years of extensive sales and account management<\/p>\n<p>experience required; capital equipment sales experience preferred; outside sales experience preferred; BS<\/p>\n<p>in Business, MBA and\/or technical degree or any combination of the above education and one year<\/p>\n<p>experience as outlined. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other computer software<\/p>\n<p>strongly preferred.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>LANGUAGE SKILLS: English language ability. Excellent written and oral communication skills<\/p>\n<p>required.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:<\/p>\n<p>Good mathematical ability required.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>REASONING ABILITY:<\/p>\n<p>Excellent analytical ability and strong capability to make sound judgments.<\/p>\n<p>Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: N\/A<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:<\/p>\n<p>Sitting for extended periods of time. Lifting files and other documents<\/p>\n<p>weighing up to approximately ten pounds.
