Position Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Acquisition & Project Manager<\/strong> to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, acquiring, and managing the development of real estate properties, with a strong focus on residential and investment-oriented assets. You will play a critical part in the company\u2019s growth strategy, overseeing projects from acquisition to disposition.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Acquisition & Investment Strategy<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Identify and evaluate potential property acquisitions (residential, multi-family, commercial, land).<\/li>\n
  • Conduct market research and financial analysis to support acquisition decisions.<\/li>\n
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers, brokers, and agents.<\/li>\n
  • Perform due diligence: inspections, title review, zoning, risk analysis.<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and industry partners.<\/li>\n
  • Source off-market deals through networking and outreach.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare acquisition proposals and present to senior management or investors.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor market trends to spot new investment opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Create offering memorandums (OM) and exit strategies to optimize ROI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Project Oversight & Development<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Oversee projects from acquisition through completion.<\/li>\n
    • Hire and manage contractors, consultants, vendors.<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate permits, regulatory approvals, and paperwork.<\/li>\n
    • Work with architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure compliance.<\/li>\n
    • Manage project budgets and timelines.<\/li>\n
    • Identify and address project risks proactively.<\/li>\n
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and financials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Exit Strategy & Sales Coordination<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Create marketing materials and OMs for asset disposition.<\/li>\n
      • Develop and execute effective exit and sales strategies.<\/li>\n
      • Work with brokers and buyers to ensure smooth closings.<\/li>\n
      • Analyze market conditions to determine optimal timing and pricing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Strong knowledge of U.S. real estate trends and investment strategies (residential focus).<\/li>\n
        • Proven experience in property acquisitions and project management (preferred but not required).<\/li>\n
        • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.<\/li>\n
        • Analytical and financial modeling skills.<\/li>\n
        • Ability to work independently with good judgment.<\/li>\n
        • Experience working with contractors and managing construction budgets\/schedules.<\/li>\n
        • Ability to create OMs and execute investment exit strategies.<\/li>\n
        • Real estate license is a plus.<\/li>\n
        • Must be open to local travel for property visits and due diligence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
