Manage all tasks of multiple retailers and\/or distributor sales accounts, including providing product information, communicating accurate costs and inventory status, item set ups, and other tasks related to account management.<\/p>\n<p>2. Move proactively to exceed established sales goals for each assigned account by communicating daily with sales clients to obtain purchase orders and new business.<\/p>\n<p>3. Handle sales calls and email correspondence with designated clients in a professional manner.<\/p>\n<p>4. Manage customer orders by coordination with internal and external teams, correcting purchase orders for accuracy as needed.<\/p>\n<p>5. Monitor outstanding invoices, and coordinate with Admin team to collect payments from clients.<\/p>\n<p>6. Compile sales data and carry out sales analysis, sales forecast, and inventory management.<\/p>\n<p>7. Create sales related proposals for submission to managers for approval.<\/p>\n<p>8. Create item set-up sheets to send to our clients for new products.<\/p>\n<p>9. Proactively identify problems and potential risks in advance, and proactively proposing potential resolutions to managers.<\/p>\n<p>10. Conduct market research by visiting retail stores and ecommerce websites, and compiling store reports with detailed analysis.<\/p>\n<p>11. Identify and report new potential business opportunities, and take action as instructed.<\/p>\n<p>12. Propose, schedule, and conduct well-organized sales meetings (online and in-person), traveling locally, out-of-state, or internationally as needed to meet clients. Prepare all sales proposals &amp; presentations, product samples, and travel arrangements in advance.<\/p>\n<p>13. Submit written reports in Japanese detailing content of meetings and events.<\/p>\n<p>14. Translate and\/or edit product documentation, packaging, and other documents to and from Japanese and English. Double check work and ensure accuracy and fluency.<\/p>\n<p>15. Performs interpretation as needed.<\/p>\n<p>16. Propose, obtain, negotiate, and execute business related contracts.<\/p>\n<p>17. Handle customer service queries by troubleshooting problems and responding to end user questions and claims.<\/p>\n<p>18. Assists with marketing tasks which include but not limited to, updating of social media channels and website, reaching out to influencers, running promotions and advertising, and other tasks as necessary.<\/p>\n<p>19. Manage day to day activities with little to no managerial supervision.<\/p>\n<p>20. Maintain weekly and monthly schedules, organizing and prioritizing tasks as appropriate and accomplishing tasks in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<p>21. Cooperate with other employees to accomplish mutual goals and promote a productive, professional, and respectful work environment.<\/p>\n<p>22.
