The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service in the field.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit;color: inherit\">Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide onsite support for installation, maintenance, and site support for state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing\/processing equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and diagnose problems and make proper repairs.<\/li>\n<li>Follow and help develop detailed procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Work with co-workers, customer &amp; field support in isolating and resolving problems under strict time restraints.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and document findings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit;color: inherit\">Qualifications:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to perform successfully in a demanding environment with varying workloads.<\/li>\n<li>Work independently or as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Work in a safe manner and follow all safety protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Have a strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Have experience using alignment tools (micrometers\/calipers\/multi-meters\/current clamp).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read schematics\/plumbing diagrams.<\/li>\n<li>Chemical handling and familiarity (protective equipment and hazards).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Work according to strict procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbally.<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical and electrical aptitude.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office programs.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to pass customer background check.<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Physical Requirements\/Working Conditions<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Routinely required to sit, walk (approx. 10K+ steps per day), crouch, use hands, stoop, kneel stretch, twist, and reach.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to work in confined spaces<\/li>\n<li>Be able to climb steep ladder and stairs.<\/li>\n<li>Lift and\/or move up to 35 pounds.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to pass medical test and certification\/training for respirator use.<\/li>\n<li>Position may require travel to other customer sites or for training purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Work in clean-room environment.<\/li>\n<li>Will require the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).<\/li>\n<li>Work within moderate temperatures and noise levels.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.<\/li>\n<li>Follow all rules and policies regarding worksite behavior and safety while working at customer sites.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive international and domestic travel required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit;color: inherit\">Education:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Associate&#039;s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience;
