In addition, the Representative will interface with vendors, be involved in product negotiations, and administer purchase orders including overseas transactions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Identifies and plans Amusement Departments\u2019 arcade needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Provides input on customers\u2019 needs\/wants<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Conducts tasks on the task list and follows instructions from the manager and director\u2019s instructions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Understands\/ follows the Amusement Department\u2019s standard procedures and flow<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Helps solve problems that affect the Amusement Departments\u2019 efficiency, services, and productivity<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Has a clear understanding of the objectives and principles of the company\u2019s goals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Plans amusement-related promotions and advertisements with a manager<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Is involved in the negotiations and administration of awarded contracts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Reviews invoices and submits them to the Accounting department for accurate payment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Confirms and supports the stores receiving delivery of machinery, equipment, and promotional items according to the plan and inspects their conditions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Ensures accurate price settings, gameplay settings, and TAX settings on POSs and Kiosks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Analyzes the sales and transaction data to maximize revenue and investigates any fraudulent data<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Supports and manages the COGS controls with the Operation departments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Supports the attractive appearance of the game floor, crane display, and redemption display for the stores<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Sources potential suppliers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Solicits bids, reviews bids, and recommends suppliers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Maintains vendor relationships<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Business trip as needed (average once a month depending on the situation)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">May require flexible work schedules during business trips (may start as early as 3:00 am or 4:00 am, depending on the flight schedule and task.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Ensures compliance with federal\/state rules and regulations<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Safety, Loss Prevention and Procedural Compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Follows Company guidelines for managing confidential information, customer satisfaction and supervising sales associates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Supports the achievement of employee safety and loss prevention objectives via all available media i.e. monthly meeting and one-on-one counseling.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Ensures satisfactory maintenance, appearance and condition of assigned areas of responsibility to comply with security, safety and environmental codes and ordinances.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Enforces compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety, loss prevention.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Preferably in the entertainment, retail or hospitality industries is preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages, taxation etc. to practical situations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">MS Office Suite; specifically ability to conduct calculations and compile reports on
