This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with leading semiconductor OEMs and end users across North America.<\/p>\n<p>Based in <strong>San Jose, CA<\/strong>, this position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and partnering closely with executive decision-makers at key accounts.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute account and sales strategies aligned with North American growth objectives<\/li>\n<li>Manage <strong>5\u201310 strategic semiconductor customers<\/strong>, driving long-term relationships, revenue growth, and market share expansion<\/li>\n<li>Grow sales with <strong>OEMs and end users<\/strong> in the semiconductor ecosystem<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and key decision-makers<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenues with accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and account reviews<\/li>\n<li>Track, analyze, and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue metrics<\/li>\n<li>Develop pricing strategies and gather competitor pricing intelligence<\/li>\n<li>Investigate lost sales and develop recovery strategies<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, service, operations, marketing) to ensure customer success<\/li>\n<li>Support and participate in sales training initiatives as needed<\/li>\n<li>Attend industry trade shows, customer meetings, and semiconductor conferences<\/li>\n<li>Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in <strong>Business, Engineering<\/strong>, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in <strong>B2B technical sales<\/strong>, preferably capital equipment<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing <strong>semiconductor OEM accounts<\/strong> (e.g., AMAT, Lam, KLA, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Experience working for a <strong>semiconductor supplier<\/strong>, OEM, and\/or end-fab customer (e.g., Intel or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing and implementing sales strategies<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of semiconductor industry trends and customer requirements<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading or supporting sales teams is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM usage, and data-driven decision-making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Core Competencies<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation and executive-level influencing skills<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking with a hands-on, results-driven approach<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage complex accounts<\/li>\n<li>Analytical problem-solving and sound judgment<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability in fast-changing customer and market environments<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative team player with leadership presence<\/li>\n<li>Innovative, \u201cout-of-the-box\u201d thinker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Ideal Candidate Profile<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills<\/li>\n<li>Active listener who uncovers customer pain points and tailors solutions accordingly<\/li>\n<li>High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic<\/li>\n<li>Competitive, resilient, and continuously learning from feedback and results<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable engaging with senior executives and technical stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Additional Information<\/h3>\n<p>&#128683;
