Job Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our client, a Japanese company is looking for a Purchaser. This role is responsible for coordinating procurement-related communication between our overseas offices and domestic suppliers to support customer requests. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Japanese, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a team-based environment.<\/p>\n

<\/h3>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Coordinate sourcing activities and negotiate pricing with suppliers<\/li>\n
  • Enter supplier quotations and related data accurately into internal systems<\/li>\n
  • Place purchase orders and manage delivery follow-ups<\/li>\n
  • Provide aftercare support, including handling claims and issue resolution<\/li>\n
  • Maintain email communication with overseas offices, suppliers, and internal teams<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including visiting supplier facilities as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred<\/li>\n
    • Bilingual proficiency in <\/u>English and Japanese (business level)<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment<\/li>\n
    • Willingness and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
