This role plays a critical cross-functional role, acting as a bridge between <strong>sales, procurement, operations, finance, HQ stakeholders, and external vendors<\/strong> to ensure alignment with business objectives.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of <strong>sales operations, demand planning, outsourcing coordination, and project management<\/strong> experience, along with the ability to manage complexity, data, and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Sales Planning &amp; Forecasting<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with sales teams to develop accurate sales forecasts, demand plans, and achievable sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends and historical sales data to optimize future projections<\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary liaison between HQ and regional teams to ensure planning and execution align with corporate strategy, policies, and financial objectives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Sales Performance Analysis &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze sales performance, trends, and variances to support data-driven decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver regular reports to management, including sales forecasts, dealer performance, and resource allocation<\/li>\n<li>Identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Inventory &amp; Cross-Functional Coordination<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with supply chain, inventory, operations, and finance teams to align production, inventory levels, and financial targets with sales plans<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely execution of sales plans while balancing demand, supply constraints, and operational priorities<\/li>\n<li>Oversee accuracy and effective use of CRM, forecasting tools, and sales management systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Process Improvement &amp; Problem Solving<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute, implement, and continuously improve sales planning workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness<\/li>\n<li>Use data analytics and KPI insights to recommend enhancements to planning and reporting processes<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify and resolve issues related to inventory shortages, production delays, or forecast variances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Outsourcing Coordination &amp; Vendor Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, evaluate, and manage outsourcing partners to ensure quality, cost, and service level expectations are met<\/li>\n<li>Support or lead vendor negotiations in collaboration with Division leadership, including pricing, scope, and service agreements<\/li>\n<li>Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs for outsourcing partners covering cost, quality, delivery, and service performance<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the single point of contact between HQ and external providers to ensure outsourced activities align with strategic, procedural, compliance, and financial requirements<\/li>\n<li>Assess and mitigate outsourcing-related risks, including supply chain disruptions, lead times, quality issues, financial exposure, and vendor viability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Education<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sales, or a related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>MBA is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in sales planning, supply chain management, operations, or outsourcing coordination<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with external vendors and outsourcing partners<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with sales forecasting tools, CRM systems, and ERP platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Key Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple vendors, SLAs, timelines, and priorities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and contract literacy related to pricing, scope, service levels, and vendor agreements<\/li>\n<li>Highly analytical and data-driven;
