Japanese bilingual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Perform the safe and efficient transportation of product to customers and timely reporting of shortages, overages, and damages.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate with the customer to properly prepare necessary documents to coordinate a residential or organizational move.\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Service; ability to effectively communication by email or phone with the customer to complete necessary documents required to coordinate the move <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all documentation relating to shipment is properly completed as required <\/li>\n<li>Interact closely with the moving team in preparation of the customer goods <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the moving team to ensure proper packing, removing and loading of customer\u2019s goods <\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the moving team<\/li>\n<li>General business support function as assigned\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Transport and deliver goods in accordance with the schedule as determined by the Dispatcher when needed <\/li>\n<li>Unload or load using proper safety precautions <\/li>\n<li>Comply with all DOT and NEU requirements (Recordkeeping, Pre- and Post-Inspections, HOS, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Ensure highest degree of care and safety when operating a company vehicle <\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area \uf0b7 Communicate to Supervisor\/Manager any areas of concern<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under FMCSR, all Drivers must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the transportation of interstate commerce (391.11(b)(1)) <\/li>\n<li>Satisfactory MVR <\/li>\n<li>Satisfactory compliance with DQF documentation <\/li>\n<li>Driver\u2019s License Class C <\/li>\n<li>High School Diploma, equivalency certificate or significant relevant or appropriate working experience <\/li>\n<li>DOT Medical card or able to pass a DOT physical to obtain a medical card <\/li>\n<li>Bilingual English\/ Japanese; ability to read, write &amp; speak English and Japanese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Organization Relationships<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position will interact with all levels of employees at the branch, including colleagues, leadership staff, and office personnel. <\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work with customers, vendors, and outside organizations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving or sitting for long periods of time<\/li>\n<li>Standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, repetitive use of hands, grasping <\/li>\n<li>Pulling, pushing, lifting up to 50 lbs. <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to traffic, excessive noise in a fast-paced warehouse environment <\/li>\n<li>Use of equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental, and Vision beginning the 1st of the month after 30 days.<\/li>\n<li>401k with a company match <\/li>\n<li>Flexible Spending Accounts, HSA, Life and Accidental Death &amp;
