Account Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs and Tier 1\u20132 suppliers in the U.S. market<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer engineering, purchasing, and program teams<\/li>\n<li>Communicate product value propositions and propose cost-effective technical solutions<\/li>\n<li>Provide product training, technical support, and after-sales assistance<\/li>\n<li>Maintain regular customer communication to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sales Operations &amp; Quotations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare, present, and negotiate quotations, estimates, and commercial proposals<\/li>\n<li>Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall profitability<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth and improvement opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth commercial and operational execution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with internal departments including engineering, production, logistics, and quality<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project schedules, costs, progress, and deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Manage customer expectations and provide regular project status updates to management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Corporate &amp; Strategic Alignment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Align sales and project activities with company strategies, KPIs, and group objectives<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives within sales and project processes<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to a collaborative, compliant, and positive team culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp;
