This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting executive decision-making, and overseeing daily accounting activities. This is an on-site position and the successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership while managing a small accounting team.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash management, inventory, and payroll<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Communicate financial results and operational insights to executive leadership<\/li>\n<li>Support business planning activities and ensure financial consistency with approved plans<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement accounting procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely financial status updates to management<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate year-end financial reviews with external CPA firms<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies<\/li>\n<li>Manage daily cash flow and support special projects as needed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company safety and health policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)<\/li>\n<li>5\u20137 years of accounting and financial reporting experience<\/li>\n<li>Prior supervisory or team leadership experience<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing and\/or cost accounting experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems; Plex experience is a plus<\/li>\n<li>CPA certification is beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Physical &amp; Travel Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer for several hours per day<\/li>\n<li>Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, or lift up to 25 pounds<\/li>\n<li>Occasional exposure to plant environments with high noise levels and elevated temperatures<\/li>\n<li>Occasional travel may be required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-23821","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Accounting Manager - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/d3q8xutu1rneyj.cloudfront.net\/en\/job\/accounting-manager\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Accounting Manager - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Industry: Manufacturing Location: In-Office Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations and financial reporting for a manufacturing environment.
