This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-value solutions to global customers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">As a trusted advisor to key accounts, you will own account strategy, identify new business opportunities, and play a critical role in strengthening customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term profitability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Build strong, trusted relationships with strategic customers and act as the primary point of contact<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Develop and execute account and product strategies to grow revenue, profitability, and market share<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Identify customer needs and position technical solutions as critical to their success<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Prioritize opportunities, create business cases, and present strategic recommendations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Lead contract negotiations and secure long-term agreements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Prepare and deliver executive-level business reviews and presentations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, business development, marketing, quality, supply chain, and support) to meet customer requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Serve as an escalation point for customer issues related to delivery, quality, inventory, or processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Identify additional revenue opportunities through aftermarket services, service parts, and global expansion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">(If applicable) Provide leadership and guidance to team members<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">MBA or advanced degree is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">10+ years of experience in the semiconductor, high-tech, or capital equipment industry<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">At least 3 years managing strategic OEM or enterprise-level accounts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Proven success managing and growing multi-million-dollar accounts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience negotiating complex contracts and securing long-term commitments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Background in technical sales, business development, marketing, or supply chain preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Prior people management or leadership experience is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Skills &amp;
