This role requires a highly independent individual who knows key persons with key customers and has good relationships with them. As a specialist on complex technical and business matters, the individual will come up with improvement ideas and suggestions for sales processes, methods, and techniques. This position requires 5+ years of related experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><u style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Key Responsibilities:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Increase market share in the United States<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Establish new business opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Expand and maintain good working relationships with existing customers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Create an annual sales budget plan by implementing sales and marketing strategies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Analyze industry trends and past results<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas by regions and territories<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Develop technical knowledge of the company&#039;s products and provide technical support and company presentations to customers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Create technical reports for customers based on information obtained from HQ<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Understand the flow of daily operations in the office<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Generate Quarterly and Weekly Reports with sales activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Participate in weekly internal sales meetings and weekly video conference meetings with HQ<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Prepare for trade shows as an exhibitor and\/or attend related trade shows<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><u style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Experience:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">5 &#8211; 10 years of related sales experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Strong mechanical aptitude<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Strong organizational, written, verbal, and communications skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Ability to manage tasks in a timely manner<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Ability to meet sales goals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Knowledge of the Semiconductor market<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><u style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Compensation &amp;
