This role manages core accounting functions, supervises A\/R and A\/P staff, and serves as a key liaison with external partners and internal stakeholders across regions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, month-end close, and account reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and budget\/forecast reports<\/li>\n<li>Manage ERP-based accounting processes (e.g., general ledger, sub-ledgers, fixed assets, inventory valuation)<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate payroll processing with a third-party provider and ensure accurate payroll entries<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple bank accounts and banking relationships<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely filing of Sales &amp; Use Tax and coordination of federal and state corporate income taxes with external advisors<\/li>\n<li>Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and parent company requirements<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile related-party transactions and submit financial data for consolidation reporting<\/li>\n<li>Review contracts, insurance coverage, employee benefits, and import duty\/tariff accounting treatment<\/li>\n<li>Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and support cross-functional and international collaboration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or a related field (Master\u2019s preferred)<\/li>\n<li>8+ years of accounting experience with strong expertise in monthly close under US GAAP (CPA preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of IFRS<\/li>\n<li>Experience with corporate income tax review and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with ERP systems (JD Edwards or SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>On-site position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-23882","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Accounting Manager - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/d3q8xutu1rneyj.cloudfront.net\/en\/job\/accounting-manager-2\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Accounting Manager - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Company: A global Japanese electronics manufacturer Position: Accounting Manager The Accounting Manager oversees end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance with US GAAP, and alignment with a foreign parent company\u2019s reporting requirements.
