About the Role<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial New Business Development Associate to join<\/p>\n

our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and developing new business opportunities,<\/p>\n

driving growth, and supporting strategic initiatives across various markets. As a full-time team member,<\/p>\n

you will have the opportunity to influence key decisions and contribute significantly to the expansion of<\/p>\n

our business.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth research on market trends,<\/p>\n

customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Identify new business opportunities and growth<\/p>\n

areas in domestic and international markets.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strategic Planning & Business Case Development: Develop business plans and financial<\/p>\n

models to support the launch of new initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to create go-to-market<\/p>\n

strategies and validate business models.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Partnership & Client Relationship Management: Help identify and build relationships with key<\/p>\n

partners, potential clients, and stakeholders. Manage business development pipelines and track<\/p>\n

progress through CRM tools.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Product Development Support: Work closely with product, marketing and technology teams<\/p>\n

to support the development of new products or services. Ensure alignment with market needs<\/p>\n

and business objectives.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Project Management: Take ownership of cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery,<\/p>\n

meeting objectives, and staying within budget. Communicate progress and outcomes to<\/p>\n

stakeholders.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect and analyze data on business performance, market<\/p>\n

conditions, and customer behavior. Use insights to recommend and implement improvements to<\/p>\n

current strategies and business models.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Presentation & Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and pitch decks for internal and<\/p>\n

external audiences, including senior leadership, investors, and potential partners.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Education & Experience: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a<\/p>\n

related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, strategy, consulting, or a similar<\/p>\n

role is preferred.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to perform market analysis, financial modeling,<\/p>\n

and develop strategic insights based on data.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in<\/p>\n

preparing and delivering presentations to various stakeholders, including senior management.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving, able to<\/p>\n

work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Tech Savviness: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools (e.g.,<\/p>\n

PowerPoint, Google Slides). Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools<\/p>\n

(e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, product, sales,<\/p>\n

and operations in Japanese. A team player who can build strong relationships across<\/p>\n

departments.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to<\/p>\n

detail, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines.<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience in Startups or High-Growth Environments: Prior experience working in a startup<\/p>\n

or fast-growing company is desirable.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Industry Experience: Knowledge of or experience in industries such as technology,<\/p>\n

cybersecurity, consumer goods, or SaaS is a plus.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Global Business Experience: Previous experience working on international projects or<\/p>\n

managing global business initiatives is preferred.<\/p>\n
