The position involves working closely with US customers, overseas suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure stable supply and smooth operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12px\">The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B sales experience. Experience in the chemical industry is a plus but not required. Candidates should be eager to learn about chemical products, have a strong interest in the trading business, and be motivated to grow in an international business environment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12px\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Sales &amp; Customer Support<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Sell chemical products and resin materials to US customers (mainly existing accounts, with some new business development)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Negotiate pricing, quantities, and contract terms for long-term and spot sales<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Prepare sales forecasts and coordinate supply and demand with customers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturers<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Supplier &amp; Procurement Coordination<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Communicate with overseas suppliers in Japan, Europe, North America, and Asia<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Negotiate purchase prices and supply conditions such as MOQ and lead time<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Coordinate production schedules and shipment timing<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Trade &amp; Logistics<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Manage import terms such as FOB, CFR, and CIF<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Monitor total landed costs, including freight, duties, and customs clearance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12px\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Chemistry, International Trade, or a related field<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Business-level Japanese language skills (spoken and written)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Experience in sales, trading, or supply chain roles preferred (chemical or materials industry a plus)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Basic knowledge of international trade, logistics, and import\/export processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Strong communication and negotiation skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Must have a valid driver\u2019s license<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12px\">Note:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12px\"> This is a summary job description.
