Title: Sales Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n Work Hours: 8:40am-5:30pm, 40h\/week<\/strong><\/p>\n Location: Chicago, IL<\/strong><\/p>\n Language: English (Japanese or Spanish are big plus but not mandatory)<\/strong><\/p>\n Industry: Office Furniture & Equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Position Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n Overall function of this position is to support the sales team by responding to clients (mainly A&Ds, dealers and Sales Reps), providing information to clients, and assisting with co-workers\u2019 sales activity. The person will also operate sales administration and coordinate deliveries. The person will need business skills, experience and knowledge in industry, and good effort to ensure quick and accurate operation as well as customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Duties include, but not only:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Communicating with Independent Sales Reps, Dealers and Design Firms by phone and e-mail for Product Information, Samples, Quotations, and Proposals as well as Order status and Delivery information.<\/p>\n \u2022 Processing sales documents such as Order Inputs and Order confirmations, as well as other necessary data inputs.<\/p>\n \u2022 Logistic arrangements of orders from US warehouses to the client\u2019s delivery locations.<\/p>\n \u2022 Responding to general phone\/e-mail inquiries and visitors in the showroom.<\/p>\n \u2022 Assisting manager and sales team on sales activities in general.<\/p>\n \u2022 Managing inventory of sales support materials (samples, brochures etc).<\/p>\n \u2022 Work as team for NeoCon (industry trade show) preparation and operation.<\/p>\n \u2022 Take initiative to support other colleagues\u2019 activity when necessary.<\/p>\n \u2022 Maintain up-to-date filing and clean & neat office environment.<\/p>\n \u2022 Providing ideas to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and cost saving.<\/p>\n \u2022 Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Qualification:<\/p>\n\n
