An international manufacturer is seeking<\/span> a senior executive <\/u><\/strong>to lead its North America operations across the United States and Mexico.<\/span><\/p>\n

This high-impact leadership role carries full responsibility for business performance, operational excellence, and long-term growth. You will lead cross-functional teams, partner closely with global executive leadership, and drive strong financial and operational results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

This role is structured as a succession position, with a clear path to President \/ CEO within 1\u20131.5 years, based on performance and readiness. The successful candidate will join initially as an EVP, VP, or General Manager and progressively assume full leadership responsibility for the region.<\/strong><\/p>\n
