This role may be shared among multiple administrative staff, with responsibilities rotated as part of cross-training initiatives or adjusted based on team needs and business demands.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h2><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records, files, and HR documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and hiring processes.<\/li>\n<li>Provide general clerical and administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports for Accounting and other departments as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Administer payroll functions, including processing payroll, addressing employee questions, correcting errors, and distributing checks.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain the company vehicle leasing program, including vehicle ordering, registration, and coordination of accident or insurance-related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Administer employee benefits, leave programs, OSHA requirements, and federal compliance postings across all locations.<\/li>\n<li>Perform general administrative duties such as answering the company switchboard, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, managing office supplies, addressing facility-related issues, and supporting company events and visitors.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare or assist with mandatory and non-mandatory training programs and create internal training and educational materials.<\/li>\n<li>Support recruitment activities and assist with new hire onboarding and orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a liaison between the company and external vendors, including benefits providers such as health, disability, and retirement plan administrators.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h2><strong>Required Skills and Abilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and tact.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn, payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and related applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h2><strong>Education and Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate\u2019s degree in a related field required.<\/li>\n<li>2\u20133 years of experience as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator, including payroll and benefits administration.<\/li>\n<li>1\u20133 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ADP is preferred but not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-23988","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>HR Assitant\/Coordinator - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/d3q8xutu1rneyj.cloudfront.net\/en\/job\/hr-assitant-coordinator\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"HR Assitant\/Coordinator - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Job Title: HR Assistant \/ Coordinator This role requires frequent interaction with East Coast stakeholders and an early work schedule to align with Eastern Time.
