R<\/u><\/strong>OLE AND <\/u><\/strong>R<\/u><\/strong>ESPONSIBILITIES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span>\u2022 Generation of quotations to customers and suppliers<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Inventory management and forecast analysis. (Reviewing stock levels and customer forecast fluctuation)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Review and approval of quotations, stock orders and sales related documents.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Handling of delivery and quality issues.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Handling of launch activities, (RFQ, Spec in development, PPAP\/PDS, Tooling stock build plan, etc.) and<\/span><\/p>\n

mass production follow up for projects.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Management of Accounts receivables, Accounts Payables and slow-moving stocks.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Monitoring sales\/profits\/freight expenses and creation of sales budget<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Daily management of Sales team activities and performance.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Development and expansion of new business with current and new customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Regular customer and supplier visitation.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/u>Q<\/u><\/strong>UALIFICATIONS AND <\/u><\/strong>E<\/u><\/strong>DUCATION <\/u><\/strong>R<\/u><\/strong>EQUIREMENTS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span>BA or BS in Business\/Marketing\/Supply Chain\/Engineering or Related Field<\/span><\/p>\n

3~5 years\u2019 experience in Sales or related industry.<\/span><\/p>\n

Speaks Japanese at an idiomatic level and English at a business level<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/u><\/strong>P<\/u><\/strong>REFERRED <\/u><\/strong>S<\/u><\/strong>KILLS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

Proficiency with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.<\/span><\/p>\n
