    • Sales experience in the automotive or electronic components industry<\/li>\n
    • Technical background or familiarity with electronic components<\/li>\n
    • Conversational proficiency in Japanese (able to understand and communicate basic technical information)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      General Description<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      As a Sales Representative<\/strong> for a leading manufacturer and seller of thermistor elements and temperature sensors<\/strong>, you will be responsible for overall customer support and developing new business opportunities in the North American market.<\/p>\n

      <\/h3>\n

      Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Research and generate new leads through tradeshows, local media, and social media<\/li>\n
      • Handle customer inquiries: provide samples, negotiate pricing, specifications, and packaging, and process purchase orders<\/li>\n
      • Manage customer forecasts (FCST) and production schedules<\/li>\n
      • Negotiate production leveling with customers<\/li>\n
      • Operate and manage supplier portals for sales and quality-related matters<\/li>\n
      • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth communication and project execution<\/li>\n
      • Domestic business travel: 2\u20133 times per month<\/li>\n
      • Perform other related duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Ideal Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Technical background (education or prior work experience)<\/li>\n
        • Confident in discussing technical details with customer engineers<\/li>\n
        • Experience in the automotive electronics field preferred<\/li>\n
        • Passionate about developing new customers and business opportunities<\/li>\n
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computing<\/li>\n
