Global consumer goods brand company US HQ in NYC seeks Manager or Staff-level, Business Management Advisory of Business Management Advisory (BMA).\u00a0To manage a variety of compliance and operational audits, and partners with management to improve operations and help the business achieve its strategic objectives. Works proactively with the business to focus on the most important risks and issues facing the organization. The team`s mission is to call attention to risks, drive process improvement and cost reductions. The team partners with business and functional areas to accomplish.<\/span><\/p>\n

Location<\/strong>: New York, NY (Possible transfer to Japan, Asia or Europe)<\/span><\/p>\n

FLSA<\/strong>: Exempt position, Full-time<\/span><\/p>\n

Salary<\/strong>: $100K-150K (DOE) plus bonus<\/span><\/p>\n

Department Overview<\/h3>\n

The Business Management Advisory (BMA)<\/strong> team partners closely with management to identify key business risks, drive operational improvements, and support business transformation. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, BMA contributes directly to the company\u2019s sustainable growth while serving as a development pipeline for future management leaders.<\/p>\n

Role Summary<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • This role leads risk-based operational audits and advisory projects<\/strong> across the North America region. You will work hands-on with business units, stores, and supply chain teams to identify core issues, strengthen internal controls, and improve efficiency, profitability, and standardized operations. Projects are typically multi-month, on-site, and results are presented directly to senior leadership, including the Group CEO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Key Qualifications<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 2\u20135 years of experience in business planning, corporate planning, accounting, auditing, or consulting<\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of <\/span>US auditing standards, internal controls, and financial\/operational risk<\/li>\n
    • Ability to assess the business holistically and drive practical improvements<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior management<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Internal audit experience a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
