Job Description<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Business development activities for various ceramic products like capacitors, inductors, GPS antennas etc., in North America (the U.S. and Canada), especially in the West Coast market of the U.S. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the US market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales and negotiation skills, who can drive growth and achieve sales targets.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for electronic components across the North America.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Evaluate and coordinate new projects internally and externally, including within the affiliated companies.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing technical and commercial support.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conduct on-site customer visits to support design-in activities and ensure customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Achieve sales targets as defined by management<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare timely reports for management and headquarters<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Manage customer inquiries, quotations and delivery schedule coordination across stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the US and occasionally to international destinations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    such as automotive, medical, aerospace and infrastructure projects by using our ceramic\u3000technology that we have cultivated for many years. Since many products are customized, it is important to receive customer feedback and requirements as well as collaboration with engineers and production department.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor degree or above<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience with electronic components or semiconductor devices within the United States.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Willingness to travel frequently within the US and internationally.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong communication skills in Japanese both verbal and written.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent multitasking and time management skills in fast-paced environment<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Possessing of the US`s driver license<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
