Job Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Quality Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining systems to ensure that all products manufactured by the organization meet or exceed customer specifications. This role is critical in upholding high standards of product quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n

\n<\/hr>\n

Essential Functions<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive quality production program to ensure purchased materials and finished products meet required standards.<\/li>\n
  2. Update and revise the Quality Control Manual to reflect customer-specific requirements.<\/li>\n
  3. Develop and manage a Supplier Quality Index, including statistical control programs, to ensure high-performing vendors are retained.<\/li>\n
  4. Serve as a liaison with vendors, customers, and internal personnel to address and resolve quality-related issues.<\/li>\n
  5. Lead preparations for and represent the company in TS16949 and customer-related audits.<\/li>\n
  6. Coordinate and approve all sample submissions for new products and engineering changes.<\/li>\n
  7. Prepare reports as required by customers and internal staff.<\/li>\n
  8. Meet and maintain quality performance targets set by customers and the corporation; develop new quality initiatives as needed.<\/li>\n
  9. Provide timely updates on customer complaints via appropriate systems (e.g., SKPI, QPR, QPI, 4M, 8D, 5Y).<\/li>\n
  10. Maintain and update the IMDS (International Material Data System) database.<\/li>\n
  11. Ensure compliance with SOC (Statement of Compliance) requirements.<\/li>\n
  12. Act as a technical liaison between Eakas Engineering and SRJ.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Additional Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Maintain TS16949 certification standards.<\/li>\n
    • Support EMS (Environmental Management System) and ISO initiatives as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n<\/hr>\n

      Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • College degree or equivalent experience required.<\/li>\n
      • Formal education in mathematics, statistics, and industrial practices essential due to the role\u2019s focus on statistical analysis, precision measurement, and process capability studies.<\/li>\n
      • Prior demonstration of expertise in quality assurance practices; some product-specific knowledge may be acquired on the job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Relationships and Contacts<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Reports directly to the Plant Manager.<\/li>\n
        • Oversees and provides direction to supervisors, QC engineers, and auditors within manufacturing operations regarding all quality matters.<\/li>\n
        • Maintains essential communication with all levels of customer organizations.<\/li>\n
        • Leads quarterly plant-wide communications related to quality performance and updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
