Provides end-to-end solutions from product development through domestic and overseas production.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for driving new revenue growth through acquisition and expansion of B2B accounts. Manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting to collection, while coordinating with internal and overseas manufacturing teams.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate new business within retail, beauty, food, promotional, and event verticals<\/li>\n<li>Transition and grow existing account portfolio, if applicable<\/li>\n<li>Prospect and develop self-generated leads via market research and networking<\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver proposals and pricing<\/li>\n<li>Manage orders through full sales cycle, coordinating with U.S. and overseas production teams<\/li>\n<li>Oversee accounts receivable; commission tied to timely invoice payment<\/li>\n<li>Meet annual revenue and gross profit targets<\/li>\n<li>Maintain CRM\/contact records and provide bi-weekly sales reports<\/li>\n<li>Attend trade shows and occasional out-of-state meetings (approx. 4\u20136 trips annually)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 4 years of B2B direct sales experience with documented revenue achievement<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in standard office software and phone systems<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4\u20136 years of experience in retail packaging and\/or food packaging industries<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of budget attainment<\/li>\n<li>Transferable portfolio of active accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance; 401(k) (no employer match)<\/li>\n<li>Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
