Position Summary<\/h3>\n

The Customer Service Coordinator II manages air and ocean import or export shipments, ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, and high-quality customer service. This role supports assigned customer accounts within a high-volume international logistics environment.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts<\/li>\n
  • Manage air and ocean import or export shipments from booking through delivery<\/li>\n
  • Provide proactive shipment status updates and communicate delays or exceptions<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with overseas offices, agents, customers, and domestic vendors<\/li>\n
  • Prepare quotes, obtain vendor rates, and support sales activities as needed<\/li>\n
  • Ensure account-specific SOPs are maintained, followed, and audited<\/li>\n
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoot service issues, resolve discrepancies, and manage escalations<\/li>\n
  • Review exception reports and implement corrective actions<\/li>\n
  • Provide backup support within assigned department<\/li>\n
  • Perform other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n

    Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • High School Diploma or GED<\/li>\n
    • 3\u20135 years of experience in air and ocean import or export operations<\/li>\n
    • Working knowledge of import\/export regulations and domestic transportation<\/li>\n
    • Strong customer service experience with internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision<\/li>\n
    • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint<\/li>\n
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Japanese and English language proficiency (expert level) if assigned to Japanese accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
