Working hours:<\/strong> Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM \u2013 6:00 PM<\/p>\n

Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator who will be responsible for daily warehouse operations. This role also includes light administrative duties such as shipment coordination, system data entry, and invoice processing. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Administrative Operations (70%)<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery arrangements with customers.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Enter inbound\/outbound data into the system.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Process customer invoices and support billing tasks.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Warehouse Operations (30%)<\/strong><\/p>\n

    ***The company will cover the cost of obtaining a forklift certification.***<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Operate forklifts (counterbalance and\/or reach trucks) safely and efficiently.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Conduct inventory control tasks including cycle counts, stock checks, and location management.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • English language skills <\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Basic computer skills<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Ability to work proactively and follow instructions accurately<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Previous warehouse experience preferred (Not required)<\/span><\/li>\n
