This role will focus on developing strong relationships with distributors and retail stores, executing in-store promotions, and expanding product distribution in the assigned territory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">field sales, customer interaction, and hands-on retail execution<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">, while contributing to the growth of a recognized brand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Promote and sell beauty consumer products to retail stores and customers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Visit assigned retail locations to manage product placement, merchandising, and inventory<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support distribution expansion by developing new retail opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Plan and execute store promotions, advertisements, and product demonstrations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Introduce new products to customers and retail partners<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Handle customer orders and support daily sales operations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Track and manage sales performance against annual and monthly targets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Prepare sales reports and present updates to the Sales Manager<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Participate in trade shows, festivals, and promotional events as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Bilingual in <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">English and Korean<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\"> (required)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Minimum <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">2 years of outside sales experience<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\"> preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Valid driver<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">s license and reliable personal vehicle required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to travel for business approximately <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">twice per month<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">College degree preferred but not required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Skills &amp;
