A Japanese restaurant chain is looking for a result-driven Team Leader!<\/span><\/p>\n

You are responsible for monitoring and supervising a restaurant team to achieve the organization\u2019s objectives and increase sales. Also providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. Team leader reports to the store manager. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ramen, Udon, Shabu Shabu and\/or Yakitori preparation and Japanese restaurant experience are a plus.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Title:\u00a0Team Leader (Manager Trainee)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Working Hours:\u00a08 days off per month (shift-based)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location:\u00a0SF\/LA\/TX\/NY (The assignment will be determined after training, considering experience and abilities. You can discuss your preferred location.)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Salary:\u00a0Average $5,500 – $8,400 (including Tips) (DOE)<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbManaging the day-to-day activities of the team.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbMotivating the team to achieve organizational, operational, and sales goals.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbDeveloping and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbDelegating tasks to team members.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbConducting training of team members to maximize their potential.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbEmpowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbContributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbCreating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbHigh School Diploma or similar.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbMinimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbOn-the-job training.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbExcellent communication skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbConfidence and skillful negotiating skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbComputer literate.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbStrong organizational skills to give the team direction.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbCurrent food handler\u2019s card and other certification as required by federal\/state\/local law<\/span><\/p>\n

\u30fbRamen preparation and Japanese restaurant experience are a plus<\/span><\/p>\n
