Logistics Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Coordinate international shipments and determine the most efficient transportation route<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Arrange packaging and shipping methods based on cargo type, weight, cost, and delivery requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Prepare and review shipping documents required for transportation and insurance purposes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Work closely with third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and smooth transportation processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Track shipment status using internal systems and provide updates as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Arrange payment of freight charges and other related fees<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Provide accurate shipment details to customs brokers for timely customs clearance<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Quotation &amp; Billing Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Prepare quotations based on customer requests<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain competitive pricing and profitability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Issue invoices to customers based on agreed quotations<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Customer Support &amp;
