<\/p>\n

A global chemical manufacturer is seeking a Scientist to support innovative in vitro drug discovery and toxicology R&D, while providing hands-on technical expertise to pharma, biotech, and academic partners.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a dynamic role that combines scientific research, application development, and customer engagement, serving as a key technical bridge between internal development teams and external collaborators.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/h2>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Design, execute, and analyze\u00a0<\/span>2D & 3D cell culture assays<\/strong>\u00a0(spheroids, organoids, iPSC-derived cells)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Generate high-quality experimental data with clear interpretation and reporting<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot advanced in vitro platforms<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conduct product trainings, protocol optimization, and technical demonstrations<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop application notes and support beta evaluations<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Partner with academic labs, CROs, and industry teams to drive innovation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Ph.D. or M.S. in Cell Biology, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 5\u20137 years of experience in in vitro drug discovery, toxicology, or translational research<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong expertise in\u00a0<\/span>3D cell culture systems<\/strong>\u00a0(spheroids and\/or organoids)<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience with cell-based assays, drug screening\/safety testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to clearly communicate scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience presenting to customers, collaborators, and internal teams<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard research\/data tools<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Experience with iPSC-derived models or primary human cells<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with high-content imaging, fluorescence microscopy, or plate-based screening<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Background in toxicology, ADME, or safety pharmacology<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Prior experience in applications scientist or customer-facing technical roles<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Exposure to Microphysiological Systems (MPS) or organ-on-chip platforms<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Additional Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Ability to travel as needed and occasionally work beyond standard business hours<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
