Position Overview<\/h2>\n

Due to business growth, we are creating a new Senior Project Manager<\/strong> position.<\/p>\n

This role will lead complex, cross-functional projects in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. In addition to delivering high-impact client projects, you will play a key role in building and shaping the project management function as the organization expands.<\/p>\n

You will work closely with global stakeholders, including teams and clients in Japan.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Lead projects from initiation through delivery<\/li>\n
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for automotive and manufacturing clients<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including overseas stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies<\/li>\n
  • Ensure alignment between client requirements and delivered solutions<\/li>\n
  • Support proposal development and business growth initiatives<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to improving and scaling project management processes<\/li>\n
  • Help develop and mentor future project management team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 7+ years of project management experience<\/li>\n
    • Experience managing cross-functional projects in B2B environments<\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n
    • Strong English communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment<\/li>\n
    • U.S. work authorization (Visa sponsorship not available)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n<\/hr>\n

      Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Experience working with automotive clients (OEM experience is a plus)<\/li>\n
      • Experience in manufacturing environments<\/li>\n
      • Experience managing technical, digital, or documentation-related projects<\/li>\n
      • Experience in growing or evolving organizations<\/li>\n
      • Interest in AI-enabled or technology-driven solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
