Position Overview<\/h2>\n

We are seeking a hands-on Business Development Manager<\/strong> to drive new business creation and market expansion across the following industries:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Automotive (OEM \/ Tier-1 suppliers)<\/li>\n
  • Manufacturing<\/li>\n
  • Large-scale power systems manufacturers (container-sized power units)<\/li>\n
  • Aerospace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This is an individual contributor role in a lean, fast-growing organization. The successful candidate will be expected to proactively identify opportunities, build strong relationships with enterprise clients, and independently drive deals through closing.<\/p>\n

    Primary focus will be U.S.-based enterprise accounts, with occasional collaboration involving Japanese-affiliated companies.<\/p>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Own the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through closing<\/li>\n
    • Lead consultative, solution-based selling engagements<\/li>\n
    • Develop and expand enterprise\/OEM accounts in target industries<\/li>\n
    • Create and deliver executive-level proposals and presentations<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions<\/li>\n
    • Contribute to market strategy and long-term business growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n<\/hr>\n

      Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • 5+ years of B2B business development \/ enterprise sales experience<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Proven experience in consultative or solution-based selling<\/li>\n
      • Ability to independently drive deals with minimal supervision<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)<\/li>\n
      • U.S. work authorization (Visa sponsorship not available)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n<\/hr>\n

        Strongly Preferred<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Enterprise\/OEM sales experience strongly preferred<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Experience selling into automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is a strong plus<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, or power-related sectors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n<\/hr>\n

          Compensation<\/h2>\n

          Base salary range: $80,000\u2013$120,000<\/strong>, depending on experience.<\/p>\n

          Eligible for company profit-sharing.<\/p>\n
